I’m writing this to you with my bare feet on the grass in my backyard. It’s thick and green and covered in dandelions which my friend assures me is good for the soil.
All it takes is 20 minutes of your feet (or body) connected to the earth to ground yourself.
In a study published in the Journal of Environmental and Public Health, the benefits of grounding included improved sleep, reduced stress and pain, a shift in the autonomic nervous system into parasympathetic activation (rest, digest, and heal mode), increased heart rate variability, faster wound healing, and reduced blood viscosity.
Other health benefits include lower inflammation, lower EMFs and effects of radiation from technology, reduced jet lag (or spring/fall time changes) lower cortisol, and support of the adrenals
Sounds good, doesn’t it?
A simple, free practice with lots of health benefits.
